C.H.T.Services(CHTS) is seeking the Board Certified / Licensed Behavior Analysts to fill part time positions throughout the company. Join a team of dedicated professionals committed to using the principles of applied behavior analysis to help children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder to discover the world around them, learn daily living skills, and be more active participants in their communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervision provided for RBTs via direct observation and feedback of implemented ABA related and/or specific teaching strategies relative to each child's treatment goals.

Supervision to provided to RBTs, BCBA's as well as individuals working towards obtaining their BCBA.

Support Special Education Teachers and other ABA providers' understanding of evidence-based practice and Applied Behavior Analysis.

Conduct training and workshops in support of ABA providers in order to facilitate use of skills assessments, ABBLS-R, and other related skills and need(s) assessments.

Provide training to staff and instructional support for families as it relates to Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism.

Create behavioral goals, assisting ABA Providers with implementing behavioral change procedures.

Maintaining advanced working knowledge of ABA practices and standards.

Maintain accurate notes, files and billing documentation.

Adherence to Standards in HIPAA and BCBA Code of Ethics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York State.
